Return / Refund policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
Our hardworking teams always try to deliver you a product of exclusive design and premium quality in a timely manner. However, in case if you receive any product from us in damaged or manufacturing defective condition, or if the product delivered by us is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return or replacement. We offer replacement only in case of defective products and in that case, you have to inform us within 2 days of delivery of shipment. After 2 days are passed, we can’t offer returns or exchanges. We do not exchange products if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered. So please carefully review your order before payment confirmation.
NOTE: In case of return and replacement the product should
be in its original packing, as it was delivered to you.
In order to complete your return, we

We always deliver the product in temper proof packaging in
order to safeguard our customers from getting cheated. We request you that
every time you receive the parcel, please check that the packaging is not
tempered from anywhere. If the packaging is tempered, please return the parcel
to delivery boy at the same time. We need an unboxing video of the package to claim
the damage, without video no replacement will be entertained. We need the video
so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a
theft or damage during transit.
Tempered Glass / Screen Protectors:
We use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard, we don't provide any return, replacement or exchange if the user doesn't know how to apply it or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Cover Kingdom India Private Limited) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application, we (Cover Kingdom India Private Limited) are not responsible for that, it depends on the application process. For the perfect application, either you can follow a Youtube Tutorial on screen protector applications or get in touch with an expert.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly check your
bank account statement or credit card statement. It may take some time before
your refund get reflect in you bank or credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order only if your order has not been
dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse
and handed over to our courier partner’s then your order can’t be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management, processing, and
transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the
cancellation.
