How to Place an Order on Cover King ?
It is very easy and simple to place an order
on www.coverking.co.in. Visit our store at https://www.coverking.co.in/
Choose products that you want to Order, then click "Add to Cart", You
can also add multiple products to your cart and then click "Check
out". Then fill in your shipping and billing information and pay via secured
payment gateway. That’s it. You will get an order confirmation through sms or
email.
Can I modify my Order?
Please note that we are only able to make changes
to your order if it has been pending at our end and not handed over to our
courier partner. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact
us via email help@coverking.co.in within 24 hours after placing your
order.
What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partner will make several
attempts to get your delivered to you. In Case, If he can’t deliver your order,
you have to contact us on help@coverking.co.in and we will resend it to you. If
you've received delivered message and not really parcel delivered to
you kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the
updates.
How can I Pay for my Order?
We offer safe shopping to our customers. Payment is
accepted via secured payment gateway through Credit card, Debit card, Net
banking, UPI etc. You can choose the most suitable payment method for you.
How Long will My
Order take to be Delivered?
Normally, 5-7
days are required for delivering the order to your doorstep. Due to factors that
affect shipments, such as delays due to weather conditions, national holidays
etc delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
How can I Track
my Order?
We will sent you the
tracking id of the orders through SMS or email provided by you, while placing
the orders. This tracking id will help you to track the package on our courier
partners site. Please note that the tracking information will be made available
only after 1-2 days of receiving the confirmation mail.
